I 096 – bottle form, altered

This bottle form was thrown on the wheel in fine porcelain. The body was then partially folded and a separately thrown neck, and a base were later added as the piece was assembled. The glazing is intended to suggest a sense of movement and depth in the surface. Gold lustre suggests a flash of sunlight on the surface.
