pie dish – D002

This dish was thrown on the wheel in stoneware clay then glazed and high temperature fired in the long firing to make it very durable.

It  comes in 2 sizes, which nest in one another for storage – and being slightly deeper and with straighter sides, is ideal for crumbles and pies.  Being made in stoneware, the dish is fully microwave and oven proof – and is easily washed in the dishwasher.
